My name is Cassandre (pronounced Cassandra) and like you- I’m a woman of many hats. As a mother of 2 young boys, medical doctor, wife, educator, Wellness blogger, and host of the Be Well, Sis Podcast. I’m incredibly passionate about the wellness and self-care practices of Black millennial women.
Shortly after graduating medical school, I became pregnant with my eldest and was made very aware of the things that I put both in and on my body. This became even more important after giving birth to a child with many sensitivities and allergies. In doing my own research, I learned that there was a large gap between what I learned in medical school and what it truly means to be well. Since then, I’ve been on a journey to be well in mind, body, and spirit.
I’m so glad you’re here. Be well, Sis.
Wellness is multifaceted and is much more than a plant-based diet, exercise, or meditation. It’s also your social connections, your pleasure, leisure, and creating joyful experiences.
Because we value intimacy, this community is not hosted on a social media site. This community is a private community hosted on the Subkit platform.
No worries! All events will be recorded and as a member of the community, you’ll have access to watch the events/workshops at your leisure.
Although we have established content, we are constantly adding to our growing resource/content library.
You can cancel your membership at any time but what you put into this experience is what you’ll get out of it. We encourage you to commit to at least 3 months before making a decision.
I’d love to connect with you and answer your questions about the Burnout Rehab Membership Group. You can email us directly at support@email.com and we’ll return the favor within 24 business hours.
